Why in creating a web page we need to follow the criteria 60% on the content and 40% on creativity or design?

We need to follow the criteria for us to have a guide in creating our web page
and it is important for us to follow because we are establishing our personality and also the criteria is one of the basis of how to grade our web page.One of our goal is to create a web page that has creative design and interesting content for us to attract person to view our page. And also to impress other people for our creation.So it was very necessary for us to follow the criteria.

My Experience in Chatting.

Chatting is the way to communicate other people specially in other country. When I Experience chatting I felt excited and also nervous,because I can encounter many words that not familiar to me,and not easy to speak in English specially the people who don't know how to speak in "Tagalog". Speaking English is difficult but it is challenge to us, to know how to speak,how to delivered a right grammar and how to entertain people from other countries. I felt excited also because theirs so many handsome and gentleman.Chatting is challenging to us specially students.

What is the Impact of Internet in learning Education?

For me, there are two impacts the positive and negative impact.In positive,students can learn more since it is accessible worldwide,it can connect long distance conservation. For the positive impact, since it is online, it has games that causes the students dropout from the school.It has also pornography sides is not good for the young students.Internet is a device to make our life easy.
